We love to see people and teams grow. We share a passion for development – including our own – and for quality. We have all made a conscious decision to accompany people in their growth process as a second or third career.
How do we work?
The consistent solution orientation of the systemic coaching process, the opening up of new perspectives and the activation of resources suit us. This is the basis of our approach.
The basis for working together with our clients is a good relationship at eye level and the transparency of the goal, process and methods.
The methods used depend on the topic and the level on which we are working: Identity, attitude, behavior, knowledge.
For those who are curious: Frequently used models in individual coaching are: Personality typologies such as the LIFO® method or REISS Motivation Profile ©, inner team, lifeline, values work, strengths interview, reframing, change of perspective, belief work, systemic questions, minimax interventions.
We also draw on sound knowledge from different backgrounds, depending on what is helpful: Neurobiology, Mindfulness / MBSR, NLP, current research especially on impact, leadership, agile and diversity.
Where do we come from?
Becoming a coach is a special development path.
As a coaching team, we have many years of experience in companies in various roles: as employees, project managers, executives and consultants, both at national and international level.
This feeds our curiosity about people and situations. It draws attention to topics such as identity, belonging, diversity, successful cooperation, communication, influence & impact, leadership and design.
Most of our roots lie in strategy and communication consulting, program and project management and change management. Coaching was then just one step further.
At the same time, everyone in the team has their own experience, skills, strengths and development. This always leads to new perspectives, wonderful additions and impulses that benefit us and our clients.
